It has taken me 71 music-related posts in the "Wet Bar" section of my blog, to have the courage to do what I've been waiting to do since Day # 1 of this blog -> chronicling the music of R.D.Burman. Since I cannot in any manner beat the umpteen websites dedicated to R.D.Burman, I've decided NOT to list my R.D. Burman posts in the chronological order that I normally prefer. Instead, I'd go by the order in which it occurs to me.
I'll start with the movie Betaab released in 1983. The song below is not my all time R.D.Burman favorite, nor is it the favorite song in this movie itself. No, I did not like the movie, nor the actors in the movie. Instead, it is the song that I just about hummed a few minutes ago before telling myself - "Chalo, aaj ho jaaye @ R.D.Burman Post".
